Description

Penfolds Grandfather Tawny

Produced by Penfolds, this Grandfather Tawny is a classic Australian fortified wine drawn from the historic Grandfather Solera — a system of maturing and blending tawny stocks built up over decades. The name “Grandfather” originated in 1915 when a cask of aged tawny was set aside for family use, and today it represents deep, complex, mature fortified style from South Australian varieties such as Shiraz, Grenache, Mataro, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
