Something of a return to the future for White Rabbit, this modern Pale uses small batch specialty malts for depth and body. A return to ‘bucket loads’ of hops, primarily very late additions using hop cones in our heritage hop-back. This is followed by dry hopping directly into our unique open-top fermenters 24 hours into fermentation to work in unison with our favourite English Ale yeast for a mouth-watering fruity pastry aroma.
